A little OT, but personally, rather than changing the descriptive phrases to match what people perceive they think they should mean, I would much rather see all bots using the same terms, and using actual comparatives. e.g. GNU ER's tend to be numbers much higher than snowie, and equally, its conversion to snowie equivalent is always off by an amount.

Otherwise, on this discussion, I would rather see more classes at the low ER end scale than at the top. ET covers too much, WC is too loose, expert isnt really 'expert'. Deepen the descriptions.
