Bad luck, but I don't think you can call the flop with hand #2. First of all it is very likely that it gets reraised to 400 when you call. Second it might well be that somebody already holds trips. That makes you vulnerable to redraws when you hit your straight, so counting 4 outs seems a bit too optimistic to me.
