I'd have to know more about the teams involved than I do to make a true guess, but this looks like a tough decision to me. If there was a minute less on the clock then I'd definitely go for it, but 3:23 and a couple time outs is a fair amount of time. 5 yards is also no insignificant chunk of yardage, if it was 3 yards or less, I go for it for sure, but 5 ... eh. Tough call, as an outsider I can't blame him for punting in this exact scenario.
