IMO:

The thing i don't understand why everybody think playing in 3.8 on avg is so easy, while i don't think they are more then 15 players in the world that do this

I don't think it's particularly easy to play a 3.8 on average, but I would guess that somewhat more than 15 players in the world do so.

And all the great players like Neil, tardieu, Sander, falafel and etc... they also do play sometimes bad, this is why they play 3 on avg for example not 2...

From what I've seen of Neil, I would guess that he plays closer to a 2 than a 3. Haven't watched guys like Sander/Tardieu/Falafel/Mochy play.

because they play between 1-3 in 8 out of 10 matches but the other 2 sometimes they play 5 even 6 or maybe 7, and anybody who say" i never play more then 4" is crazy in my opinion.

I agree with this.
