I didn't bother doing the math which is easy to do

The math here is actually a little interesting. This position, or one with the same equity, is in Boot Camp. Blue wins 19/36 * 17/36 = 323/1296. How to come up with that? Well, 18 * 18 = 324 (25% of 1296).

(x + y)(x - y) = x^2 + y^2, if you can remember back to high school algebra (this part is the hard part).

19 * 17 = (18 + 1) (18 - 1) = 18^2 - 1^2 = 324 - 1 = 323.
