Is BGO an Elitist Society?

Over the years I've found that reading (and trying to write) all posts of the "I made/would make X move for Y reasons" helpful, regardless of the ability, experience and correctness of the poster. Discussions in which only a couple of experts post aren't nearly as useful or lively. So yes, please do post all ye intermediates, novices, beginners and subterrestrials, and fellow advanced intermediates, and experts too.
