How do you like Pat Gibson's ruling?
He stopped the clock and said pass. You'd have to be idiot to rule it otherwise. There are no "take-backs" in backgammon.
Pat intervenes as our voices got too loud. I decide to take a leak, while Joe pleads his case. When I return from the bathroom, my rolled 6 is on the other side of the board and Joe's die is out of his cup there too. He is the only one who can gain from moving my legally rolled 6.
Without trying to choose sides or judge the veracity of any claim, I will say this... IF that is true... IF your die was moved by Joe, that is a incredibly egregious offense. Changing the dice or the checkers or the score while somebody is taking a wiz is completely outrageous.
If I were the director and I had PROOF that a guy did such a thing, you'd have to talk me out of banning him.
Okay so maybe I was a dick, not letting a former world champ change his mind?
Don't be ridiculous.
I admit I should not have probably decorated him with so much Christmas cheer, when it was like 3 weeks from Christmas...
Yeah, that's the other thing... sounds as if you're both being petty at this point. Let it go.

P.S. A good reason to leave my camera running while I'm in the head.
