CLOCK-troversy 2

A player doesn't have a right to change their mind after the move is finalized (by pausing the clock). I generally don't let players change their mind after picking up their dice. How is this different? If someone opens 64P, picks up their dice and then realizes it is GS, can they change their move to 64R because they had the wrong score? Of course not. This is the same thing except that the equity swing is larger. If you want to allow him to change his mind, that's fine. If you don't, that's fine too.
Would he have allowed you to change your pass to a take if roles had been reversed? This doesn't make a difference to me. But, to some players it might.
Pat is the MFIC as far as I'm concerned. Why call a committee?
