Your timing looks fine. Time to (re)build the board. 13/5, 10/6 and 24/20. I don't like leaving the loose checker on the 24-point. If White wants to dump there you should be more than happy to oblige and you absolutely don't want to (be forced to) hit back there. Move up so you can handle big doubles (e.g. 5-5).
Plan is to keep three points for a while and give up the 20-point when push comes to shove. Also I think you need to avoid hitting opp for a while -- you should get plenty of chances and you don't want to damage your timing while your board is unready to contain.
(Course I'm not much of a backgame player so my GP might be misguided.)
