1) Battery life. If you travel by air you (should) care about this.

Unless you're making overseas flights or running high intensity programs like some nutjob who can't fly 2 hours without opening his laptop & running rollouts your battery should easily last through any domestic flight.

3) Fan durability (roll-outs) is a factor

I assume you'll be getting a dual core, they may even be the only thing on the market now for all I know, but I strongly suggest while not using your laptop and it is running rollouts to prop it up in some way, shape, or form to keep it cool. My dual core I have in my room & I actually prop it up on another computer and have a small fan that blows right on it. I've heard of many laptop overheats and this way it's always cool.
