Over the board I wouldn't imagine there's much between the running play and 24/18, 13/10. I'd probably run unless I was behind in a match and/or against a weak player. I'd only want to complexity resulting from 24/18, 13/10 if I felt my opp would make more mistakes in the resulting exhange than I'd make myself.
