What are Everyone's Schedules?

I want to do one in Phoenix, but need to round up help and work in LA to gain experience. Its probably at least a year away, but hopefully my job situation stabilizes. I need to start talking to some hotels to find out when non-busy season is and what kind of rate i can offer and what playing room will cost.

Seattle used to host one, the guys from the Brahma Boards ran it. I would also hope that Boston would host one, in addition to the places you listed.
