As to your question about 54D-21? I've included a rollout below for money. This is so clear for money I couldn't imagine a score I wouldn't slot. You should not only slot due to the duplication of 4s but your opponent has a very awkward structure now with 10 men in the zone needing somewhere to unload. He's poised to attack or unload his stacks if you let him. The best defense against this is to prime him, which slotting with 21 aims to do. If you get away with it and make your 5pt your opponent's numbers may quickly become more and more awkward due to his towers.
