I believe there are a few situations where 2a should refrain from doubling because he is too good. I am pretty sure this isn't one of them. Double after 64R. Then you are 50% to win the match. If you wait until he can take, you will be less than 50%. You will lose more equity waiting then you will gain by winning undoubled gammons. After your 3-3, you may have been too good, I'm not sure.

The mathematics here are the same as other too good positions. You need to gain more in undoubled gammons than you lose by regaining your market. With a 50% take point and the wild swings seen in the opening, you regain your market often. An undouble gammon is a long way away.
