I make the 12-point and split off the 22-point. Lots of outfield coverage is good.

I suppose slotting the 6-point is a real candidate, with opp's holy (and blotted) board. That's not typically the right tactic unless there are few remaining builders and/or an opp miss becomes a cubeturn. This isn't your garden variety situation, though. I'll stick with the conservative play:

20/8*, 18/12, 22/16.
