Just to clear up the queries from Bob.

As I stated, Partouche is the majority shareholder in WORLD SERIES OF BACKGAMMON ENTERPRISES LIMITED which also 'owns' the WSOB Facebook pages. The admin will be transferred to the new management shortly.

I decided this was a reasonable place to let information circulate to players as Eric and I have been asked very frequently over the past six months "what's going on with WSOB 2009?" and frankly, at this stage, I have no idea!

I don't have a clue what Partouche's plan is except they must be serious about it as they rejected a substantial cash offer from us for the business!

I expect they'll put new people in to run it as soon as possible and announce a brilliant new plan in due course!

What Eric and I do will be decided over the next couple of weeks. Obviously we're pretty gutted about the situation but it's a case of "irreconcilable differences in the boardroom" I'm afraid ;-) I can't say too much though for obvious reasons.
