Thought I'd see if I can rile up Stick; get him in shape for this weekend's big Charlotte event.

23/18, 8/4 looks like the 'natural' play, as much as that even exists. The question is whether we want to keep a deep presence on Stick's 23-point.

As I've been harping about for a couple days, the 18- and 20-points don't go well together. We should consider giving one up. 20/15, 8/4? 20/15, 20/14?

Abandoning the 15-point makes little sense to me. That point is holding Stick's 16- and 13-point checkers. Similarly the 18-point is aiming at his mid-, so between the 20- and 18-points it looks better to keep the 18-point.

OK, I've talked myself into 20/15, 8/4 -- an efficient looking play. Stick may attack on his 5-point but does that with some danger.

Finally I asked ZEUS what the chances of my choice winning the vote. Answer: no way in Hell unless Neil votes for it early and a bunch of sheep follow along.
