In Response To: Clock Time Management (Bill Riles)

So our thoughts are a lot closer than it initially seemed. In line with the non-critical play one should also recognize when a decision is very close. For example I had a cube last weekend where my opponent had a 4 roll position and I had a not quite 4 roll position. I knew right away the decision was very close and could have been very sure of my action with a couple minutes of time used. But I settled for being somewhat sure.
