I've run out of patience (a bad thing at Nackgammon).

I can think of several good plays no one else would dare execute, like giving up the near-worthless 18-point.

Hitting does cost us a good point but it also puts (just) a bit of hurt on Stick. There are three deuce candidates but 20/18 is probably the most efficient and prudent.

10/7*, 20/18.
