Forget 2 pt matches as they should quickly become DMP. I'd suggest playing a 3 pt match and using something like 9/15 to get people used to the clocks while you explain the mechanics and show them that even with 12 sec delay, they often won't use it.

If press for time, just play 1 pter at 4/15.

I expect to be able to help with this.

Another possibilty is for us strong W/C players to sit down across from each other and play a 3 pter (again at 9/15 or even more than 9 min reserve) so we can talk and give a lesson on clocked play and a bit of a mini-BG lesson as time permits. This should draw more than a few specs even if we aren't playing for anything, but should not be done in the main T room while people are playing as may be distracting.
