US Open?

Since the US Open is listed as an ABT event, I would assume ABT clock rules (2/12) would apply, unless WBA has different clock settings. However, WBA uses different clock settings (3/15) as shown below:
2. INTIAL TIME CONTROL
For a 5 point match, each player has 15 minutes + 15 seconds delay per move to complete their match.…
Equivalent setting : 3 minutes per point + 15 seconds delay per move.
So, 7 point match will be 21 minutes + 15 seconds delay per move per player, 9 point match 27minutes + 15 seconds delay per move per player ...
For team play, 1 minute per point is added to each side. (example : 7 point match - 28 minutes + 15 seconds dealy per move for each side)
If the Tournament Director notices that two players play without a clock when one is required or they play with the wrong setting of time, penalties can be awarded to both of them.
