gambling ethics

... then again, I'm not sure anyone who gave a response makes their living gambling

I would say the gambling ethics question gets even more important, and more interesting, if you are a professional gambler. In general, when you are a professional dealing with an amateur you have a greater deal of responsibility. Eg. if I am an electrician hired to install lighting in someone's ceiling, and I can see that this would constitute a fire hazard, then it is my responsibility to say so. I cannot later blame the customer and say "you should have known this".

What level of responsibility should we assume on behalf of the pro gambler playing an amateur?
