Pat - I don't think it is necessary to do an auditable accounting. I think an listing of what the expenses could be without the dollar amounts associated with it would be enlightening. I honestly think that people have no clue how many things there are that add up.

And I don't think it is anyone's business how much you make. Again, it is whether you provide a value. If only you did not do such a good job maybe one less person would have attended your last tournament. :)
