Forfeiture / flag falling

Yes, once FLAG'd, the match is over --but "GIN" or NOT can still be questioned. For the 6-2 scenario: I would say that B (FLAG'd) is to play his 6-2 as he desires (during the GIN adjudication process); then A gets to call all the succeeding rolls, with A playing his given roll, and B playing his own. Eventually it will come down to clearly GIN or NOT.
As for the types of clocks, the GTII is the standard, but that is not to say that a TD might allow some other "players-agreed-to" clock for a given match.
As for analog, the ABT does not have an agreed to set of rules for non-digital clocks and I would NOT allow them in my ABT events. As for the settings, I will push for all ABT events to use the SuddenDeath+Claim=ON settings. In my specific events, that will be the only accepted settings.
As players present their clocks for inspection prior to use in CLOCKED matches, the TD should (and I will) require that the settings be SuddenDeath+Claim=ON.
