The clocks used on WBA tournaments are the GT-II. They have all the necessary tools and are very reliable. Batteries last forever and they are somewhat lightweighted.

Regarding the delay time per move, we have done thousands of tests and our surveys show that the average time to roll (sometime re-roll) and pick up dice and press the button take an average of 8 seconds. I am positive that the best delay time based on this experience is 15 seconds per move, 12 being a bit too short.
