It is super easy to see. The only thing that is small is the reserve countdown time, but you shouldn't waste time looking at that anyway. It is so easy to "hit the clock." You don't hit anything. You merely touch anywhere on your remaining clock time and your opponent's clock starts up.

Neil, this is the FINEST clock I have ever used for so many reasons. It sits neatly at the side of the board and with the rubber grip backing, it is rock solid. It has actually sold me on clock play in backgammon. And it solves the number one problem regarding the clock: having to drag it around with the possibility of it getting stolen.
