Add six pips for Blue's three extra checkers on the acepoint. ("Add 2 pips each for every checker more than two on the acepoint; add 1 pip for every checker more than two on the deucpoint.")

But there is also a discrepancy in points covered here -- Blue has four points covered (two open points) while White has five points covered (one uncovered). I can't remember for sure if you subtract one from White's count or add one to Blue's.

Since both have four checkers off there is no adjustment for extra checkers.

So it looks to me like either 35-38 or 34-37. Then Kleinman gives about 72.5% cubeless GWC for Blue (pretty close regardless of which of the two counts above that you use).

I'll let someone else do the matchplay analysis. But I think at $-play this would be a borderline redouble.
