clock "ETHICS"

Very good. A couple suggestions:
1-d) I was under the impression that both players are responsible for centering the clock at the end of the game. Thus rather than pointing out to your opp that his clock is running, just center the clocks.
This brings up a minor (but non-trivial, if short on time) clock issue with the GTII and it's worse on the new t960: when centering the clocks you should quickly start the clock of the player whose clocks ISN'T running and then center. This resets the "delay time" (free time per move) for that player. (Someone needs to figure the most fair way to 'center' the clocks for the 960 since there you can only start one clock, the one that isn't running. I.e. there is actually no equivalent 'center' or neutral position of the plungers except at the very beginning of the match, AFAIK. You can 'pause' the clocks but it keeps the player who was playing at the time of the pause still on turn after you unpause.)
Also, a grammatical (IMO) correction in point 3) -- "professional" --> "professionally."
