I've seen WDR discussed for non-money (and non-$-type) positions and although nothing is etched in stone, I believe it is best to be careful using it at these type of scores. That doesn't mean you shouldn't consider it (and the reasons behind it) when making your decision, but it' more complicated than simply applying it as one does at $-play. At least that is my recollection of the discussions I've seen. Maybe a new discussion will emanate from your question.
