Oh, goody -- "when in doubt..." -- my specialty.

On the downside, hitting gives up our anchor and leaves four blots. On the upside we at least temporarily gain in the race and Stick has no board (plus a blot there).

If we don't hit, the downside is that Stick can make a fourth blocking point with more than 75% of his rolls (although he may choose to hit the blot on our side with some of those instead). The upside is that we keep our anchor which prevents Stick from getting too frisky with the cube.

Score makes pushes me to the non-hitting play of...
