Don't get me started. The reason we have all of these nice discussions about the rules and their interpretations is because the rules are not complete, unambiguous, exhaustive and free from question. Every situation that can occur should be spelled out clearly. A director should be a referree, citing the rule that is applicable; they should not be making up the rules as situations arise.
