we don't have it now ... the directors work things out as it comes up. i think that the lose rules along with reasonable people work out well. only when people become unreasonable do you need stringent rules.

how often does a baseball player try to cheat??? every close play they'll take the call if they can get it. it really turns my stomach when they do some of those things to try to get the call.
