When you've been playing a long time this sort of thing becomes 2nd nature. Here's one that mattered bigtime. I won the money round in Pittsburgh in 1999 by playing 21 correctly here (duh it isn't hard) and then rolling 44 (I will spare you the language then said by the guy who owned my opp in the calcutta..my opp was gracious as expected) and then went on to win the tourney and the ABT that year.
The score (after 0 games) is: Opp 0, neilkaz 0 (match to 1 point, post-Crawford play)
Move number 5: neilkaz to play 12
Pip counts: Opp 3, neilkaz 17
Position ID: BwAAQA0AAAAAAA Match ID: cIkoAAAAAAAA
Just last year, nearing the money round an experienced opp instantly played 3/0 here and then slid 4/3...of course his next roll was 33.
The score (after 0 games) is: Opp 0, neilkaz 0 (match to 1 point, post-Crawford play)
Move number 7: Opp to play 11
Pip counts: Opp 15, neilkaz 3
Position ID: BwAAQAcAAAAAAA Match ID: MIEkAAAAAAAA
