1) The one who beats his chest the hardest is right?

There isn't a lot of difference between 1 and 2. The difference is that the player who is better bringing the positions to fruition will win the money (assuming enough games to reach some kind of statsig -- BIG assumption), and the "right" play won't even be a factor.
