GNU 3-ply RO report (preliminary and brief)

In Response To: GNU 2-ply RO (Matt Cohn-Geier)

The double hit is 2.8 j.s.d. better than 19*, 11 and 4.2 j.s.d. better than 23*, 7 after 213 trials.

I'm not reporting equities (yet) because the individual standard errors are quite large. Suffice it to say that the top play is very unlikely to be overturned, however. I will let this run until Monday, at a minimum.
