Two down is trying to play catchup. Double splitting is unnecessarily increasing the blitz option for opp (Kits or Stik or whatever the hell his name is). 24/22, 13/10 is probably second best but the blot on the 10-point gets hit with four numbers (presumably opp PoHes with 3-3) compared to two hitting numbers on the 11-point. When you're outboarded you especially don't want to get hit.
