My Thoughts on this Rule

I think this rule in general is a good rule. I don't think players should be able to bar other players at their own whim. A good example was given by Neil. I'm sure his wife was doing nothing except supporting her husband at something he loves to play. So why did his cocksucker opponent want to have her banned? I think I just said it, cause he's a cocksucker. He's being malicious to try to get Neil to play poorly or he's just an unhappy schmuck. Either way I don't think the TD had any reason to allow his desired ban. I wouldn't have returned to this tourney either.

What this rule also does is alert the TD to any conflicts that may be developing (or already developed) between players so that if something comes up later during the tournament the TD will already have some of the backstory.
