My Thoughts on this Rule

Hey, it's a good rule, sure. Some people might abuse it, and that can be considered by a competent director on a case to case basis.
I don't carry a copy of the rules in my back pocket but I have over 20 years of tournament experience to draw upon.
The way this rule has always been interpreted in reality is that if anyone wants someone barred from watching his match, that person is barred. Period. I can embrace the idea that the letter of the law does not give anyone the right to bar someone, or that the TD is not bound by that request...
In this particular case someone came up and tossed something on the table I was playing at while I was trying to think. The same person got out of his chair later in the tournament when a couple tables away people were having too much "FUN" and laughing outloud, while he was playing his final match. So, he doesn't like distractions either, tyvm. Not even two tables away, much less at the one he is playing at.
There are all kinds of cocksuckers in this world. How about the cocksucker who killed the Angel pitcher, (and two others) the other night, driving with a suspended license. A suspended license that was suspended because of driving under the influence... and reportedly when he killed 3 people he was under the influence again??? He borrowed a car, went out and had a couple of drinks and drove home without any malice aforethought... Know anybody ELSE who has driven after drinking???
How about cocksuckers who go over the speed limit? Know any of them?? I have met quite a few of them... they also tend to be the type of "cocksucker" NOT to wear their seatbelt. The flaunt the rules!!!!
They have an altogether different view of things when the find out how much it hurts to get pushed the rest of the way through their fu*king windshield with a broken femur! You all will have to trust me on that one, ok?
Tailgaters also break the rules... and strangely I have found that it is mostly young women who do this. At 70 mph, if someone goes by you doing 71 mph... It all looks in slow motion. As a result, they follow too closely to the car in front of the car they are actually following. People don't appreciate the forces involved. Ignorance is bliss.
By the way, if you have only sucked ONE cock... Should you be considered a cocksucker for the rest of your life?
Rules interpretations tend to EVOLVE. It is easier for a director to uphold barring someone, for whatever reason, because it separates two people having some sort of beef. So, I am sure that is why it has always been enforced that way, whether it is right wrong or indifferent. Or, however it was written down in the first place. Rules also get revised to make them better as time goes by... because it is a dynamic process.
