My Thoughts on this Rule

But did you know that not wearing your seatbelt may actually cause the accident?
I don't doubt that if I thought long enough or hard enough I too could come up with an example where wearing your seatbelt could cause an accident. I'm not going to bother. We know there are also examples where wearing a seatbelt would have killed the person and not wearing one saved a life.
beside the vehicle which is now busy extinguishing your loyal follower's life. Ok?
I've always said he's a donk. I feel no guilt, I didn't tell him not to wear his seatbelt. If he's so weak willed as to not put one on because I didn't I taught him a good lesson.
You may well trust your good skillfull driver friend at 80, but tires are not designed for speeds above 85 unless they are Z rated. Blowouts and other accidents happen at speed, do you trust him then?
This would all be part of my standard testing. Driver's who are permitted to drive such speeds on certain roads would also be informed of the equipment their car would have to sport to go such speeds and it would be illegal for them to go that fast without the proper equipment.
Cars don't carry tires with the need for speed capability by default because these tires don't last as long. Most cars come with the stock tire, I think it's rating symbol is an H? Sports cars may still come with Z or Y speed ratings ... in any case, yes, if my friend has the proper equipment I trust him to drive. (as a side note, there are many ratings that allow for a fixed max speed capability of over 85, not just Z)
