In Response To: Hedging (Jason Lee)

Certainly everyone is 100% free to not hedge. However:

1) When your opponent requests a hedge, it wouldn't be the end of the world to accept the hedge, even though you don't want to, just to be nice.

2) Requesting odds in a hedge is fine, but all you professionals out there should remember to be reasonable. Asking for unreasonable odds may result in you looking like a jerk.
