This looks close. My (bot influenced) instinct is 8/3, 7/6 and I'm trying to figure out if I should go against that and make the 3-point.

Note that when we leave the two blots and Stick rolls an ace (except 1-1 and 2-1) and maybe even with a 3-2 roll he will probably clean up his board (with the ace) and bring a checker off the 11-point with the other die. Then do we hit with our 5-2 or 6-1?

Besides the fastest way to make a four point board, the double blot play's finish (7/6) looks like a potential plus since we don't need (any) checkers on our 7-point in the long run, and using that point to play 6's (burying checkers on the acepoint) is a mirage.

One potential flaw in the double blot play is that we might not need the 4-point to win the game. But I haven't found enough solid evidence to go against my instinct, so....

8/3, 7/6.
