Woefully Short of the Triple Double -- and Why

Okay, final post, I'll quit venting and ragging on the guy.

I've discovered here that when one consistently gets such lopsided dice throughout a match it is hard to face enough cube decisions to threaten a match long double rating in cube play.

Final stats in the quest: 9.5, 5.4, +17.3

And how often can one get a -17.5 luck rating, still yet be a 71% favorite in the match, and get crushed?

Wasn't my best match -- I'll admit to loss of focus/concentration (one can only take a certain amount of abuse), steaming, and trying to force some breaks down the disastrous stretch -- but anytime I outplay my opponent by 8+ I typically expect to win.

Case closed.
