here's my 2 cents worth. there are times when i think i could/should(?) be playing in the open, then there are times when i wonder why i even play this game. i think one of the biggest differences between the open players and the intermediates is that of consistency. consistently making the right play and the right cube decision. i know that is one area of my game that needs improvement. when i get to the point where GNU doesn't say "you did that on purpose!?" then i know i'll be ready to step up.
