your right Bob.... we used to play round robin at our local Monday tournaments in Northern Virginia with 6 or less players (3-4 times a year), winner take all. The problem was the interest level after losing 2 matches was in going home. We have since converted to true double elimination.

They could use a swiss format in the way that the Indiana ASBT tourney used for years. That seemed to work fairly well.

BTW, if want a stupid way to do the round robin tiebreaker, how about point differential?
