Not really. Overblitzing and underblitzing are bad, of course, but the information I have given about the error rates is sufficient to determine the relative overall badness of Bob's and Alice's strategy. If Bob were badly overblitzing, for example, there would be something in Alice's play that is about equally bad, otherwise she wouldn't be close to Bob in error rates. I'm assuming a perfect evaluation bot.
