In Phoenix, 5-6 times a year we go play backgammon at a Starbuck's about a 10 minute walk from Chase Field, get there around 10 am on Sunday and after backgammon hit the ball park. Cheap seats are around $8, the stadium is almost never full, and we move to our fav seats up high behind home plate. Sometimes we stop at Hooters after the game for wings and beer.

The stadium is right on the new light-rail line, so we don't even have to mess with parking, although we could find free street parking last year if we got to Starbucks early enough.

Are we really old-fashioned or do any others here keep score at a game?
