I'll Kick it Off -- Recording Controversy in Atlanta

Is an advertising brochure/flyer a legal document?
The Atlanta brochure also stated the Georgia Masters tourney would be 13 point matches. They said it was a misprint and the matches were to 11 points. Fine, I didn't have a problem with that.
Could others, would others, have demanded 13 point matches since that is what the brochure said? When I noticed the discrepancy, after losing the 11 point match to Ray, I pointed it out to him as a curiosity. I didn't argue. (In fairness, the directors had posted 11 points on the drawsheet.)
But, in a match Ray had won, he seemed to have no problem with the fact that the Georgia Masters violated the terms stated in the flyer. Amazingly, he later cited the brochure as gospel in his anti-recording arguments. Consistent? No. Hypocritical? Yes.
