Waivers and releases

At some point this becomes a legal issue, as inane as it sounds for a small group of backgammon die-hards.... Entering a tournament is simply not an agreement to waive your rights.
However, if it was an ABT rule and each entry form had some legal mumbo jumbo and a requirement for the participant to sign... all is fine.
If there ever was a legal case, I don't know how it gets decided, but I guarantee it ain't so clear cut. (These thing NEVER are. And don't laugh.... sillier things have made it far along through the legal system.)
And, frankly, I don't like 3rd parties seeing my recorded matches before I do and I really don't like it when someone sends a match against me out to 3rd parties showing I was a 42% underdog because of selective rollouts when I'm actually a favorite. No one other than the 2 participants should see a match until the sooner of some fixed amount of time or agreement between the 2 parties... to allow for review for errors, omissions, inconsistencies ,etc. with an ABT committee to settle disputes. There needs to be a standard set in the ABT rules, too.
