THE MUMBO JUMBO FOR ALL ABT EVENT ENTRY FORMS................

I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed and videoed and my matches may be photographed and videoed. I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness as well as those of my matches to be used for any legitimate purpose by the tournament participants, the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and/or assigns. Should I place or win in the event, I agree to engage in a reasonable number of post-event interviews with the press without compensation.

This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I hereby certify that I have read this document and I understand its content.
