There were a variety of complaints about handling the 2-start process and byes and rebuys. However, I haven't heard anyone suggest a method where all these 'inequities' can be removed and still get the matches played. (Two matches need to be played by the early start players before dinner, as many of these players also want to play in the evening doubles.)

If such a method exists, I'd like to hear it. I think they did as well as they could with the odd number of players involved in the two starts.
